This wedding was a lovely garden party, on the first weekend in August. They had a very rustic handmade vibe, so I chose to decorate with simply flowers and berries. The cake itself was an almond/vanilla cake, layered with chocolate ganache and a raspberry bavarian, topped with lemon buttercream.
